Our 25 lb Starter Beef Box is the easiest way to try Red Clay beef without needing a lot of freezer space.

This box includes approximately 25 lbs of Red Bay raised Angus beef. It is usually mostly ground beef, with a few steaks, a roast or slow-cook cut, and other assorted cuts depending on availability.

Ballpark contents:
12–15 lbs ground beef
2–4 steaks
1 small roast or slow-cook cut
3–6 lbs assorted cuts

Processing is included in the price, so there is no separate butcher bill. A $75 deposit reserves your box and goes toward your total.
