A quarter beef is a strong freezer option for families wanting more variety than a box without committing to a half beef.

Most quarters usually take home around 100–125 lbs of packaged beef. You can expect a mix of ground beef, steaks, roasts, and assorted cuts from Red Bay raised Angus beef.

Ballpark contents:
50–65 lbs ground beef
8–14 steaks
4–7 roasts
10–20 lbs assorted cuts such as stew meat, cube steak, fajita meat, brisket, ribs, soup bones, or other cuts depending on processing

Processing is included in the price, so there is no separate butcher bill. A $300 deposit reserves your quarter and goes toward your total.
