This box includes approximately 50 lbs of Red Bay raised Angus beef. It is usually around half ground beef, with steaks, roasts, and assorted freezer cuts mixed in.

Ballpark contents:
25–30 lbs ground beef
4–6 steaks
1–2 roasts
5–10 lbs assorted cuts such as stew meat, cube steak, fajita meat, ribs, or other cuts depending on processing
