This option is best for large families, families splitting an order, or serious freezer beef buyers who want the lowest price per pound. A whole beef usually takes home around 440–520 lbs of packaged beef depending on the animal and final yield.

36–60 steaks
16–28 roasts
40–80 lbs assorted cuts such as brisket, ribs, stew meat, cube steak, fajita meat, soup bones, organ meat if requested/available, and other cuts depending on processing

Processing is included in the price, so there is no separate butcher bill. A $1,000 deposit reserves your whole beef and goes toward your total.
